Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.7523/12/aa7/Vay dated 24.06.2013 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.7523/12/aa7/Vay dated 24.06.2013 on the file of the first respondent by appointing the respondents 3 to 15 as Muthavallis, Secretary, Treasurer and Members for managing the Wakf for a period of thee years.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period prescribed by the first respondent in the impugned order has already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.09.2024 rli To
