This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10875/2025 dated 09.04.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
