When the matter was listed for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of the Writ Court was complied with and the representation of the petitioner was considered by the Chief Educational Officer, Coimbatore and the same was rejected by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6881/A3/2023 dated 30.06.2023. She has also placed the above said proceedings before this Court.
