ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18803 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 30.08.2019 in W.P.No.18803 of 2019 has been complied with and in this regard, the Government issued orders in G.O.(2D).No.168, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department dated 31.10.2022. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
