O R D E R

The petitioner seeks early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.420 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The suit is one for permanent injunction. It is seen from the records that the plaintiff has filed his proof affidavit in the year 2014, but the suit has been adjourned on the ground that the Commissioner application is pending. The Commissioner application was filed along with the suit and after the filing of the report of the Commissioner, the plaintiff sought to not press the said application. The said request was rejected by the Court and the matter was posted for evidence. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2012, the trial Court viz., XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of either the web copy or the certified copy of this order, whichever earlier. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
