3. The writ petitioners have already submitted an online application for issuance of patta. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, it is in order. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to all concerned. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
