This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27025 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the concerned NDPS Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail, is totally relaxed.
