To confirm the public auction of Sl. Nos.14, 15, 21 and 22 with direction to the applicant/ AG & OT to execute Lease agreements for a period of 2 years with rent/lease amount increasing by 10% every two years in favour of the highest bidders to the respective properties by collecting 3 months rent as Security deposit and 7 months rent as caution deposit as per the procedure/practice being adopted so far or as decided by the applicant. 1/4

O R D E R

A perusal of the Report of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee shows that auction has been conducted on 12.05.2025 and the following properties have fetched more than the upset price. For four items that were put up for auction, there were no bidders. The highest bidders in respect of two properties (Sl. Nos. 17 & 18) have withdrawn their bids, after being successful in the auction, consequently, their Earnest Money Deposits have been forfeited. Hence, the auction for the remaining items viz. Item Nos.14, 15, 21, and 22 are confirmed in favour of the highest bidders.

2. This petition is ordered accordingly.
