Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent dated 23.01.2015 vide letter No.PU/AS/Aca2/Ph.D Law-AGL/2014-15/3725 and quash the same illegal, incompetent and consequently direct the respondents to approve the list of candidates selected by the Selection Committee and admit the petitioner for the Ph.D program 2014-15.
