This application has been filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu [AG&OT] seeking permission to donate Rs.20,00,000/- to Sir P.S.Sivaswami Ayyar's Educational Charities Institutions, Thirukkattupalli, from the accumulated funds of the Trust estate of Nagai Visalakshi Ammal which corresponds to the Financial Year 2020-21.

2. It is seen from the Report filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee that the Institution is more than a century old having been started by a legal luminary and former Advocate General of Madras Presidency Late Sir.P.S.Sivaswami Iyer.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 of the Report of the Administrator General and Official Trustee, this application is ordered as prayed for and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee is 2/4
