Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate revenue recovery action under Revenue Recovery Act, in pursuance to G.O. (D)No.1106, dated 01.12.2003 issued by Labour and Employment Department, against the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate revenue recovery action under Revenue Recovery Act, in pursuance to G.O. (D)No.1106, dated 01.12.2003 issued by Labour and Employment Department, against the second respondent within the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the Department has to take action to recover the amount payable to the petitioner as per the Revenue Recovery proceedings. The learned Additional Government Pleader by producing a letter dated 24.02.2019, would submit that pursuant to the Revenue Recovery proceedings, the property of the second respondent was brought for auction and one Madhanraj was the highest bidder in the auction and he also deposited a sum of Rs.6.31 Crores before the Official Liquidator in C.A.No.1283 of 2006 and the proceedings is pending before the Official Liquidator. The said letter dated 24.02.2019 is placed on record.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and seek his remedy in the manner known to law. There is no order as to costs.
