Aadhi Cars (P) Ltd, North by pass Road, Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli 627 003 at a cost of Rs.7,37,417/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen only) for donating the same to Light Social Welfare Trust, No.99/3/1, Seenanthoppu, Kanthasamypuram (P.O), Arumuganeri 628 202.

O R D E R

Perused the Report of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee. A reading of paragraph 5 of the Report of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee shows that M/s. Light Social Welfare Trust is operating a Old Age Home, providing care and rehabilitation to old as well as mentally challenged people. The services of an Ambulance are deemed necessary for effective running of the Trust.

2. In view of the above, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee is permitted to donate a sum of Rs.7,37,417/- for the purchase of an Ambulance for the use of the Trust. The Trust shall purchase the Ambulance in the name of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu.

3. This petition is ordered accordingly.
