ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to call for the records leading to the rejection of compassionate appointment to the Petitioner in Letter Rc No.154/2013 dated 24.1.2014 issued by the 4th Respondent and quash the same and to direct the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner in the Town Panchayat Sanitary Worker.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner has been granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
