These applications are filed to amend the short cause title and long cause title in the plaint in C.S.No.652 of 2014, amending after the names of the 10th and 16th defendants the word deceased to be added.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these applications, both applications are allowed.

3.The plaintiff is hereby directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4.Post the matter on 08.11.2021.
