( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Monday, the Fourth day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10169 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.14338 of 2021 M.SURESH BABU [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION, COIMBATORE CRIME NO. 15/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further ordes imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13/08/2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14338 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOVI GANESAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 13.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 13.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
