The petitioner, who is the wife of the petitioner in M.C.48 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, has come forward with the present petition for earlier disposal of M.C.No.48 of 2010.
2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose the M.C.No.48 of 2010 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
