The counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph 4 regarding the admission of the defacto complainant about the partial amount.

Hence the same has to be corrected as Rs.92 lakhs instead of 1.50 Crores.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order of this Court dated 27.11.2023 as Rs.92 lakhs instead of 1.50 Crores in paragraph No.4 and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the petitioner concerned on payment of necessary fees and upload the amended order.
