This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2019. Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 12.09.2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
