This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15180 of 2022 on 05.07.2022, to deposit Rs.1 lakh to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras as non-refundable deposit within a period of four weeks.

2. This Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court. However, the time already give by this Court is extended till 16.08.2022.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
