This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with crime No. 177 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with the possession of 8.407 kgs of Nitravet tablets and 3.500 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner been falsely implicated in this case and also ready to abide any conditions. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 15.07.2024 pbl
