PRAYER IN W.P.No.21003 of 2015 Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Che.Mu.Order No.16379/92/Aa4/Cuddalore dated 26.03.2015 quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint a Committee of Management to administer the second respondent Darga in terms of the Scheme Decree dated 07.05.1984 in O.S.No.200 of 1981 on the file of the Sub-Court, Panrutti.
