Respondents Prayer: - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records for the records of the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.162/R6/2007 dated 12.03.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to disburse the sum of Rs.6,00,018/- (Rupees Six lakhs and eighteen only) along with an interest at 24% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court.
