out of the total extent 2.16.0 Hc as 'Government Porambokke Tharisu" and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to issue patta for the aforementioned property in favour of the petitioners herein based upon the title deed standing in their favour in Registered Settlement Deed in Doc.No.115 of 2011 dated 20.01.2011 For Petitioner(s) : Mr. P. ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Mu.Mu.(A2)/4360/2024, dated 28.02.2025, insofar as it relates to the part of recommendations made by the 2nd respondent to restore classification of the property situated at Old S.No.270/1, New S.No.191/1, Keezhputhupattu, Manjikuppam Village, Tindivanam Circle, Villupuram District, to an extent of 0.81.0 acres: AC 2.00 out of the total extent 2.16.0 Hc as 'Government Porambokke Tharisu" and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to issue patta for the aforementioned property in favour 2/5
of the petitioners herein based upon the title deed standing in their favour in Registered Settlement Deed in Doc.No.115 of 2011 dated 20.01.2011
3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be granted liberty to approach appropriate forum to challenge the impugned order dated 28.02.2025.
4. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 28.02.2025 before the appropriate forum and work out its remedy in the manner known to law .
5. With above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.06.2025 Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order Index : Yes/ No msr 3/5
