O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal from service passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, even though he has made an appeal against the order of dismissal before the 1st respondent on 09.07.2014, it was not forwarded, and no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the notice has been issued by the 1st respondent calling the petitioner to appear for enquiry, and the appeal is posted for enquiry on 04.12.2018.

4. On considering the above submissions, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
