This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15093 of 2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 Town Police Station, Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of two weeks.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m for period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
