O R D E R

The petitioner herein claims to be the pastor in a church who is facing investigation on the complaint given by one R.Subramaniam, which is registered in FIR No.38 of 2024 on 26.06.2024 for offence under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) & 120B IPC. Alleging that the complaint is a frivolous complaint, the present petition is filed for transfer of investigation to some other agency i.e., either to CBCID or ED.

The reading of the complaint indicates that on the false promise several crores of rupees been given to the accused herein who promised to arrange for sale of valuable property. The investigation is at very nascent stage and the complaint is bound to be investigated in the manner known to law. There is no material to infer that the 1st respondent police not properly investigated the matter for intervention of this Court to transfer the investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
