ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 61(2), 318(2), 319(2), 296(b) & 351(2) of BNS, in Crime No.115 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence under Section 351(2) of the BNS is a bailable offence and that no separate notification has been issued by the Government classifying the said offence as non-bailable offence within the State of Tamil Nadu.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
