The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that a scheme has been formulated for taking water from Amaravathy River and Uppar Dam based on the orders passed by this Court.

2. That being the factum, no further adjudication is to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If at all any grievances exist to the writ petitioner, they are at liberty to approach the competent authority.
