Considering the nature of the relief sought herein, this court is inclined to take up this writ petition for final disposal, at the time of admission itself.

According to the petitioner, she is pursuing MBA Course in K.V.Insitute of Management and Information Studies, Coimbatore. Owing to difficulty in remitting tuition fee, on 18.09.2019, she applied for educational loan along with the required documents to the respondent bank. However, she was not disbursed the loan. due to the change of residence, loan was not sanctioned. Feeling aggrieved, she made a representation dated 23.01.2020 to the respondent bank requesting to sanction educational loan for a sum of Rs.3,97,000/-, which was not considered, till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondent bank. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that though the petitioner enclosed all the necessary documents along with the application to sanction educational loan for pursuing her MBA course in K.V.Institute of Management and Information Studies, Coimbatore, she was not granted the educational loan and hence, the respondent bank be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and sanction loan to her. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court directs the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2020 with respect to sanction of education loan vide application dated 18.09.2019, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
