The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of S.No.301/2A, measuring an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 0.50 cents situated at Periyavarikkam Village, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Mr.P.Vijayendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have issued patta in favour of the petitioner and therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
