ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.1217/2010/A3 dated 10.02.2012 issued by the second respondent, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from conducting any enquiry in respect of the above works.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
