Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in R.No.12721/E5/A2/2018 dated 31.10.2020 and to quash the same insofar as the regularization of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Surgeon (Speciality) / Assistant Professor (Pathology) with effect from 27.08.2014 is

concerned and consequently, directing the respondents to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor in Pathology based on the ranking in MRB 2013 regular selection and to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment as Assistant Professor (Pathology) with effect from 13.01.2014 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the promotion to the post of Associate Professor in Pathology on par with his junior based on revised seniority, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
