Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records that the contempt petition was closed on 21.04.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on that day. It is stated in the affidavit that the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner was not deliberate, but due to bonafide reasons.

3.In view of the fact that opportunity should be given to the petitioner to address the contempt petition, this Sub Application is allowed.
