This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.43 of 2023 dated 08.07.2023 filed under Section 120B, 406, 420 and 109 of IPC on the file of the first respondent police herein.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police submits that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed through e-filing on 07.11.2024 in e-filing No.LTN20230002584C202400197 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

3. In these circumstances, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
