The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent has no objection for raising the order of attachment as the applicant has settled the dues of the respondent. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, the order of attachment, dated 26.04.2018, passed in Application No.7941 of 2017 is hereby raised and this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to intimate this order to the concerned Sub Registrar's office for removing the 1/3
