The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit this Court already granted interim protection by issuance of direction. However, the petitioner is now arrested and remanded to Judicial custody.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes the fact submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file petition for bail.
