(Housing and Urban Development Dept.) dated 05.01.1993 and the consequential order passed by the third respondent in Letter No.Ka.Ka.Na.Ko.11/2343D/81 dated 20.09.2005 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to forbear themselves from collecting any amount in excess of the contractual rent from the petitioner for the premises allotted to the petitioner in Shop No.2, Housing Board Complex, P.V.Rajamannar Salai, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 78.
