O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties agree that one of the Arbitrators proposed by the respondents, Mr.D.C.Aanand, a retired Additional and

District Sessions Judge, Delhi, be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator, as the venue of arbitration is Delhi.

2.Thus, as proposed and agreed, I appoint Mr.D.C.Anand, a retired Additional District and Sessions Judge of Delhi High Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
