Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing of the written representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2014 within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders by disposing of the written representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2014 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 12.06.2014, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent.

4.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 also submitted that the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2014 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
