ORDER

According to the petitioner, he along with his family, is in possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in S.No.3/1 to an extent of Acre 1.28 cents and S.No.3/2 to an extent of Acre 0.14 cents, by way of inheritance. Adjacent to the said property, there is a government poramboke land measuring to an extent of 0.14 cents, which is taking care of by the petitioner's ancestors from various decades, by planting tamarind trees, coconut trees, palm trees etc. and the subsidy reaped from the trees is directly benefited to the public at large. While so, the government officials conducted inspection and made survey over the said land, for the purpose of constructing a building for the department of Agriculture. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.07.2021 to the respondents requesting to stop the work in the said land and select some other land for construction. Since the said representation was not considered, he has come up with this writ petition for appropriate direction to the first respondent in this regard.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a proper representation to the respondents to redress his grievances. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
