A.No.3069 of 2022 A.No.3069 of 2022 in C.S.Nos.913, 914 and 916 of 2007 and TRCS.No.912 of 2007 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J ., Since, C.S.No.913 of 2007 relates to alleged patent infringement, it qualifies as a commercial dispute under Section 2(1)(c) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

2. The third defendant in C.S.No.913 of 2007 has presented A.No.3069 of 2022 to permit reconstruction of the documents filed along with the written statement of the third defendant in the said suit. The suit was originally filed before the District Court, Thiruvallur and was subsequently transferred to this Court. The third defendant states that these documents were misplaced in course of such transfer. The respondents do not have any objections to this application being allowed, subject to their right to raise objections inter alia on grounds of relevance and proof in course of trial.

3. Upon being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Akhil R.Bhansali, learned counsel for the third defendant in C.S.No.914 of 2007. Since Mr.Tarun Rao Kallakuru, learned counsel, appears for the second defendant in C.S.No.914 of 2007, the Registry is directed to delete the name of Ms.Vaitheeswari, learned counsel.

6. All the parties are directed to take necessary action to complete the outstanding pleadings.
