These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner i.e. Muniammal on 30.06.2020 in the above civil revision petition and to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 5 to pursue the above civil revision petition as legal heirs of the sole petitioner i.e. Muniammal who died on 30.06.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
