This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in crime No. 253 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, PEW Poonamallee Unit.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons while transporting 30kgs of Ganja in two wheeler. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that all the accused persons jointly possessed 30kgs of Ganja. Further, he accompanied with the other accused person in two wheeler. He raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 10.07.2024 pbl
