By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation before the first respondent to issue patta for his property in Survey No.9A/2B, measuring an extent of 1748 sq.ft., situated at Selaiyur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
