2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 23.08.2024, has extended the time by a week for depositing 50% of the decreetal amount to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2012 and pursuant to the same, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.11 of 2012 on 30.08.2024 through SBI, Kallakurichi. Thereby, the petitioner has duly complied with the order and he has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the compliance is recorded and no further orders required.
