The learned counsel for the appellant stated that the sole appellant died leaving behind his wife and children as legal heirs of the deceased.
The petitioners/proposed appellants 2 to 6 being the Legal heirs of the deceased/sole appellant are entitled to prosecute the appeal. Hence the petition is ordered.
