This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.163 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent. He is falsely implicated in Cr.No.163 of 2023 for the offences under Section 341, 294 (b), 392, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. Petitioner is in judicial custody from 10.05.2023. Thus, he prays for bail. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner along with co-accused on 09.05.2023 at about 8.30 p.m. at NMK Road waylaid the defacto-complainant and robbed his cell phone. Cell phone is recovered. Co-accused is absconding. Petitioner has 26 previous cases pending. Out of 26 cases, 4 cases had been disposed. Remaining cases are pending at various stages. 4.Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that petitioner has 22 previous cases and co-accused is still absconding, this Court is not 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
