The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in S.T.C.No.295 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. This petition came up for final hearing on 20.06.2018 and on that day the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for some accommodation and at his request the matter is posted for arguments today i.e., (22.06.2016). Even, today there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It is pertinent to point out that the Criminal Original Petition is of the year 2009, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, in spite of several adjournments granted to him.

4.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
