Both the parties to the dispute have entered into Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.12.2021. The parties to the dispute are present and signed the Joint Memorandum of Compromise and their respective counsels have also signed the same. The said Joint Memorandum of compromise dated 23.12.2021 is recorded by this Court.

2. In view of the compromise recorded by this Court, the auctioneer Murray & company is directed to refund whatever deposits they have received from the prospective purchasers within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The auction conducted by Murray & Company with regard to the subject matter for suit schedule property is set aside in view of the compromise reached between the parties.

3. In terms of the compromise memo dated 23.12.2021, this application is disposed of.
