This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.62706 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
